“KITCHEN GOURMET” - Chuao Chocolatier Raises the [Gold] Bar!

Feb 14, 2020
The California coast has struck gold again! And this time it’s really delicious! Chuao Chocolatier, maker of culinary-driven, responsibly sourced chocolate confections, now offers a deliciously irresistible addition to its current product portfolio, “Golden Goodness.”

Chef Michael Antonorsi refers to the bar’s inspiration as, “the coming together of extreme opposites into a wonderful dance of flavor and texture.” Caramelized sugar and pure 100% cacao nibs dazzle in sweet white chocolate. “It is not too sweet and not too bitter, a wonderful experience of contrasts.” With each bite, think to yourself: you’re gold baby, solid gold! They are available in 2.8-ounce chocolate bars and .39-ounce mini chocolate bars.

Another of Chuao Chocolatier’s latest products is its “Mintfully Brownie” – crispy brownie bites and frosted mint gems united in deep dark chocolate. Chuao Chocolatier’s extended line of Joy-Filled Caramels is set to launch on the brand’s online store this month, while Sprinkle Dreams will be available this May for all to enjoy.

Other top-selling Chuao Chocolatier best-sellers include:

* Firecracker – Sea salt, a dash of chipotle, and popping candy crackle in dark chocolate.

* Potato Chip – Crisp kettle-cooked potato chips and a hint of sea salt mix and mingle in milk chocolate.

* Honeycomb – Luscious organic honey, caramelized into crisp bits enrobed in dark chocolate.

* Oh My S’mores – Fluffy marshmallows and crushed honey graham crackers unite in milk chocolate.

* Sprinkle Dreams – Crisp waffle cone, hazelnuts, and rainbow sprinkles party in milk chocolate.
